If you do not find what you are looking for we will do our best to fulfill your “Special Order” as follows:

Special Order Procedure

  1.  E-Mail Special Orders to shop@christisjustforewe.com
  2. We will do our best to confirm the receipt of your order or inquiry within 3 business days by telephone or e-mail.
  3. After the final selection is confirmed your purchase may be paid by credit card, by telephone or via the shopping cart, or a money order may be sent by you the purchaser. Product is shipped and payment is processed on the same working day. 
  4. You the consumer may elect the method of shipment at the actual cost of 1st class USPS, Priority USPS or UPS.

Example:  1) Patterns and DVD’s are most economically shipped 1st class USPS.

2) May – thru September can prove to be a “sticky business” due to the perishable nature of fudge during the summer months, therefore the quality of any perishable product during these months cannot be guaranteed.  

 

Damages and lost shipments must be reported to the carrier selected.

 

 

Return Policy:

 

We promise to do everything possible to avoid any of the following situations and hope you will do the same.

 

  1. Sorry, “custom orders” or “special orders” are not returnable and this policy is non-negotiable.
  2. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions to food, fragrances or fiber contents of the products purchased.
  3. Patterns or DVD’s are ideas and information and once received are obviously not returnable.
  4. Most other purchases may be exchanged or a gift certificate will be issued minus the shipping charges within 2 weeks of the purchase date with the actual cash register receipt accompanying the merchandise presented within that allotted time.  Gift certificates do not expire.
  5. Manufacturer defects will be handled at the discretion of the manufacturer.
